 <description>&lt;p&gt;There are some confusion about the therm aloe extract or aloe vera extract. When we uses the expression &amp;quot;vera&amp;quot; it is obviuosthat we are referring tothe aloe vera plant (var. aloe barbadensis miller). However, the extract may be otained from any aloe plant, i.e. the aloe saponaria, aloe ferox, aloe arborescens, aloe chinensis or aloe secundiflora, among others.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In some countries or companies, the term aloe extract is used erroneously to define the aloe yellow bitter sap. In other cases, the expression is referred to the whole leaf aloe gel. Some companies defines aloe extract when informing about aloe concentrates.&lt;/p&gt;
